Coaching Reimagined
At age 65 Audrey has made it her lifelong goal to help others achieve optimal health and wellness. She started in 1992 when her father developed cancer. He lived for 15 years with cancer. With the help of prayer, she changed his diet from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to a Plant-Based Diet.
Audrey’s passion is to educate, motivate and encourage you by sharing her knowledge and experiences. She has learned that you can live a rich and fulfilling life, even with a chronic disease; and minimize the aging process, simply by making healthy lifestyle changes.
Training sessions designed for You
If you’re like most people, you’ve been spinning your wheels in the gym, working out week after week without seeing any real progress.
No new muscle gained. No fat burned. No visible results.
You’ve tried “confusing your muscles” with different workout routines, eliminating bread and pasta from your diet, taking fat burners that make your heart race… but no matter what you do, nothing seems to work the way you need it to. Of course, you’re not alone. The sad truth is that even after months of consistently working out, most people have nothing to show for it.
But it doesn’t have to be this way…
Getting coaching from Holistic Strategies is hands down the fastest way to radically transform your body and get the kind of fitness results you’ve always wanted.
As a member, you’ll partner with Audrey, who will design a custom workout and nutrition plan that’s built completely around your goals.
A Holistic Approach
If you’re looking to live a long and healthy life, consider switching to a plant-based lifestyle. A plant-based diet is nutrient-dense, it provides carbohydrates, fats, protein, and fiber. Living a plant-based lifestyle helps to reduce inflammation, improve immunity, boost energy and ward off chronic diseases and dependency on medication. Along with exercise, proper hydration, self-care, and spiritual practice, I have found this to be a recipe for longevity and a youthful appearance.
I have lived a plant-based, vegetarian and vegan lifestyle for over 30 years, removing processed foods and sugars and animal products from my diet. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole grains are my staples.
Getting started on a plant-based diet may seem overwhelming, but take it one day at a time. Eat a variety of fruits and/or vegetables with all meals. Incorporate whole grains, such as oatmeal, quinoa, farro, brown rice, or whole wheat bread. Healthy fats—avocado, nuts, olives, seeds—are a great way to keep you satisfied. Lentils, beans, peas, nuts and seeds are a great way to get your protein.
