A Better, Bolder, Healthier You.
How to Begin Your Journey of Health and Longevity
We must take responsibility for our health. We must make sure we are empowered, and seek out education regarding our health. Remember, knowledge by itself does not give us power. It only becomes powerful when it is applied. As your Health and Wellness Coach, my job is to help you along that path! - Audrey
FORGIVENESS - THE FIRST FOUNDATIONAL PILLAR TO OPTIMAL HEALTH
3 John 1:2 AMP
“Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually].”
Welcome to my first Blog of Prioritize My Health, Prepare For Health And Longevity, where I dive deep into how God‘s word is the foundation of my approach to Health and Wellness. Before we explore the ins and outs of nutrition and exercise, there’s a crucial, spiritual principle I need to share with you – one that God revealed to me as a foundation to achieving true health: FORGIVENESS..
Just as our bodies accumulate toxins from food, the environment, and lifestyle choices that need to be detoxified. Our spirits can also accumulate toxins - bitterness, resentment, and especially unforgiveness. The spiritual buildup can weigh us down, block up our progress and even manifest in physical illness.
Did you know that studies have shown that 61% of cancer patients have unresolved forgiveness issues? Chronic unforgiveness can lead to stress, which compromises our immune systems, damages relationships, and holds us back from living the abundant life that God wants for us.
When you choose to forgive, you’re choosing health, peace, and prosperity. You’re not just healing broken relationships; you’re opening the door to healing within your own body.
So today, I encourage you to let go of the hurt, release the bitterness, and embrace the freedom that comes from forgiveness. As you do this, you are preparing yourself, not just spiritually, but physically, to step into optimal health.
Let’s choose to forgive, to live freely, and to walk in the fullness of health that God has for us.
Actionable Steps
Is there someone you need to forgive today? Start the process, even if it’s just a small step.
Ask God to help you release unforgiveness and embrace healing.
